CSE 1322 - Programming Problem Solving II |
The second course in computing provides coverage of advanced topics in programming. This includes the use of inheritance and polymorphism, abstract classes and interfaces, file input/output, exception handling, recursion, and parameterized types. Linear data structures (lists, stacks, and queues) are introduced to solve a variety of problems. Concepts related to the design of programs using Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs), event-driven programming, and threaded and parallel programming, are also introduced. Students will use good programming style including proper documentation.
